1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name Sekar4D, accessible at sekar4d.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member", "you") and Sekar4D ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

Sekar4D provides an online gaming environment that includes, but is not limited to, live casino games, slot games, sports betting, and related interactive entertainment services. The Platform is designed to serve players residing in Malaysia, including but not limited to Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the Platform in any capacity. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendments to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of those amendments.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, including real money and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives granted by the Operator subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required for account approval and withdrawal processing.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual monetary deposits made by the Member via accepted payment methods.
• "Platform Currency" means Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) as the primary transactional currency, unless otherwise specified.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity defined in Section 8 of these Terms as a violation of Platform rules and policies.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Sekar4D, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of a business or commercial entity.
• You are registering in your own name and on your own behalf. You may not register or operate an Account on behalf of another person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee, director, or officer of Sekar4D or any of its associated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by Sekar4D for breach of these Terms.

Sekar4D reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending funds pending resolution of the verification matter.

4 Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share, disclose, or allow access to your Account by any third party. Sekar4D will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All Members are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC documents typically required include a valid Malaysian government-issued identification (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding the identification document.

Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe will result in a hold on withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5 Deposits & Payments

Sekar4D accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated at the time of transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed in the deposit section of your Account dashboard.
• The Operator reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms is suspected.
• Deposits made in error or by unauthorised means will not be credited to your balance and may be subject to investigation before any refund is considered.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the Sekar4D Withdrawal Policy. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to processing any withdrawal.
• All applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be met before withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes vary by payment method and are outlined in the Withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
• E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers typically take 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed due to dependence on third-party payment infrastructure.
• The Operator reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Members will be notified promptly of any such reviews.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be validated within 72 hours due to incomplete KYC or suspected fraud may be declined and returned to the Account balance pending resolution.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Sekar4D offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms that accompany each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only, unless otherwise stated.
• Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds that are not utilised within the validity period will be forfeited.
• Sekar4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Abuse of Promotions

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play, or using third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage — will be treated as a breach of these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonus abuse, and suspend or permanently close the implicated Account(s).

8 Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating in games or sports betting.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract proprietary data or algorithms from the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards other Members or Platform staff.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, or selling, transferring, or auctioning your Account to any third party.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Sekar4D Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, game software, graphics, text, images, design elements, and audio-visual content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Sekar4D or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Sekar4D.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sekar4D and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions, downtime, or technical errors beyond the reasonable control of the Operator.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided on the Platform, including odds data and game results displayed in real time.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising in connection with your use of the Platform, even if Sekar4D has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Sekar4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Behaviour that is abusive, harassing, or threatening towards other users or staff.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining verified Real Money Funds will be returned via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements and withdrawal requests must be resolved. Self-exclusion options are also available — see Section 12 and our Responsible Gambling page.

12 Responsible Gambling

Sekar4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to help Members maintain healthy gaming habits.

Members who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to visit our Responsible Gambling page for detailed guidance, self-assessment tools, and support resources. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a financial strategy or source of income.

Sekar4D reserves the right to impose mandatory limits or restrictions on any Account where indicators of problem gambling are identified, in line with our responsible gambling obligations.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which Sekar4D is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and Sekar4D, you are encouraged to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. Most account and transaction queries can be resolved quickly via our 24/7 live chat service.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, formal dispute resolution procedures as prescribed by the applicable regulatory framework shall apply. Sekar4D will cooperate fully with any properly authorised regulatory inquiry or investigation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Sekar4D reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. We may also notify active Members of significant changes via the contact email associated with their Account or via a notice displayed on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.

We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current provisions governing use of the Platform.
